C-34 Approve Proshare Agreement with Florida Blue
Issue/Rationale
Request approval of the Accounting and Retention Agreement (Proshare). If Earned Premium is greater than the sum of Incurred Claims less claims in excess of the pooling point, Capitation Charges, Pooling Charges and Administrative Charges, 50% of this excess will be returned to the Group (Clay County School Board).
Recommended Action
Approve two (2) year Accounting and Retention Agreement (Proshare) between the Clay County School Board and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Inc.
